Parcel Insurance
Pine Creek Systems will insure parcels at the published carrier insurance rate unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Should the customer choose to self insure, Pine Creek Systems has no liability for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
International Shipments
Please note that certain products distributed by Pine Creek Systems are not available for export. Check with your sales representative for details.
RETURN POLICY
Pine Creek Systems customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. Pine Creek System will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 1-888-990-3009 or email us at sales@pinecreekgear.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Pine Creek Systems will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned to Pine Creek Systems for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return. |
